I would pair this bolero with a deep plunge top, an antique necklace (unless an awesome tattoo would have the same effect) and a thin black (preferably lace) choker. Depending on the person, a matching half-veil would complete the mystique. Makeup would have bold black eye-lining, thick mascara, eye shadow to match the top (unless the top was black - then the eye shadow would be red), with bold red lipstick.
